We understand that managing your energy bill isn’t always easy, especially now. Our Customer Advocates are here to help. Please email to connect with your local Advocate today. He or she will help identify the assistance solutions that are right for you.

Customer Expos

Customer Assistance Expos

Our Customer Expos help you get all the payment help you may need, all in one place. Rhode Island Energy representatives will be on-site to discuss: Discount Rates, Payment Plans, the Forgiveness Program, Budget & Balanced Billing, Protections, HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program), and Energy Efficiency Programs. Other assistance agencies, like the United Way, will also be in attendance to share helpful information.

 

What to bring to the Customer Assistance Expo: To enroll in our discount rate, please bring a copy of your confirmation letter for the current year from your benefits organization (Supplemental Security Income/SSI, Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program/SNAP, Home Energy Assistance Program/HEAP, Medicaid, General Public Assistance, or Rhode Island Works Program) or a qualification card from the Rhode Island Department of Human Services.

Please check the schedule below before going to an expo or pop-up, as we will update this as soon as we are aware of any changes, such as additional dates, cancellations, locations, or revised hours.
