If you’re struggling to pay your gas and electric bills on time, we can help. We offer multiple payment assistance programs tailored to meet your unique financial needs.
Get more time to pay
If you cannot pay your bill on time, we offer three payment extensions to help you pay your bill over time with no additional fees. Our Short-term Extension gives you 14 days from your due date to pay your balance, while our Long-term Extension allows you to pay your balance in up to three installments over 45 days. We also offer a Payment Plan so you can pay your balance in monthly installments over a 3- to 12-month period.
