With an intuitive design, improved functionality, and tools built around your feedback, the MAE replaces the previous My Business Account (MBA) system and gives you a faster, more efficient way to manage and pay your utility bills.

To begin exploring the new Multi-Account Experience (MAE), sign in to your RIEnergy.com account. If you have more than two accounts, you’ll automatically be enrolled in MAE and taken right into the new experience, where you can start using features like real-time account dashboards, bulk payments, billing history, paperless options, and more.
